In this update we decided to increase walking speed by 5% since we've had a few complaints about that. We also fixed the issue where a player's hitbox would spawn before the player was actually beamed in. And we fixed a little menu bug that was introduced in the last update.

This mode is now fully implemented. To recap, turning on Murder Games essentially just turns on 1 life, last man/team standing wins. It defaults to starting without weapons on a forest map with weapons in the center, a la Hunger Games. We also have two afterlife options: you can set it to where when you die you play as a spectator or as a zombie. We made this mode because there's huge demand for it on Xbox Live.

This should be released on the Xbox 360 version in a few days.

Work on Murder Miners X is coming along. We'll have an update for you soon.

Added a new mode to Murder Miners on PC today: Murder Games! It's basically a Hunger Games style mode where you play as a zombie when you die. It's free-for-all MurderMatch, players start with no weapons. At the start of the match you can rush the center (on the default map) to get weapons. When you die, you respawn as a zombie (edit: we have another update coming that adds the option to respawn as a spectator instead). Last man standing wins.

We also added new zombie options, they'll be in a midnight update tonight. You'll be able to turn on "tank zombies" that have increased health but can't sprint. Plus there'll be an option to turn off tentacle grabs.

This will all be added to the Xbox version too in a few days along with some other small fixes.

We just released another Xbox update which adds the 3 new helmets, plus an in-game timer and a fixed spectator mode that got broke in the last update. PC version will get an update today with the timer.

We added three new helmets to the game! We actually had these made last year and always planned to sell them as DLC, but then we just kind of forgot about them. And then...we remembered them! And then we decided to add them...and then we did add them! Free of charge. Here ya go:

We also added an option to turn off Vsync in this update, although it won't actually increase the framerate past 60, but it could be helpful if you have an older system.
